Rokoszewski
Stockton Country Club
% R&L Diesel Service, Inc.
2417 West Lane
Stockton, CA 95208
Dear Joe:
Re: Underground Tank Removal - Soil Cleanup
We are enclosing three copies of each Report of Cleanup for the two locations at the
Country Club where underground tanks were removed, the Maintenance Building and
the Golf Cart Building. One copy of each should be forwarded to the regulatory agency
having oversight responsibility to secure their approval prior to taking the action
indicated.
The following summarizes the situation at each location:
Maintenance Building - both the excavation and the soil pile (removed) are clean.
When approval is received from the regulatory agency, the soil should be replaced into
the excavation.
Golf Cart Building - the excavation is clean but the soil pile (removed) is
contaminated. We have included a Waste Characterization Form from Forward Inc. in
Stockton. Please sign this as the generator and forward it to Forward Inc. along with a
check for $100 for the processing fee. When approval is received from the regulatory
agency and from Forward Inc., this soil should be transported to Forward Inc. for
disposal.Their normal disposal fee is $75/cubic yard. Meanwhile, the contaminated soil
pile should be covered by a plastic sheet to prevent leaching from rain water while
waiting for approval to dispose of it.
Please pay the enclosed invoice from Clayton Environmental for the soils analyses
directly to Clayton Environmental.
Thank you for allowing Environeering Inc.to assist in this cleanup.
Sincerely,
G.
