The generator complies with the <br /> requirements of 40 Code of Federal Regulations section 262.34(d), (e) and (f). <br /> 4 Modified emergency coordinator information was not found on site at the time <br /> of the November 26, 2007 routine hazardous waste inspection. An incomplete <br /> form was submitted on December 24, 2007. <br /> Title 22, CCR 66262.40 (a) Failed to keep signed copy for three years. A generator <br /> shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance with section 66262.23(a) for <br /> three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least <br /> three years from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> --> Manifests for the disposal of hazardous waste for the last three years were not <br /> found on site at the time of the November 26, 2007, routine hazardous waste <br /> inspection.
