Witness the test of the functionality of the replaced sensor and verify that sensor <br /> is located at the correct location to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. <br /> 6. An "Underground Storage Tank Certification of Installation/Modification" form shall be <br /> submitted by the owner or the owners'agent [pursuant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before this <br /> upgrade will be considered complete by EHU. <br /> 7.
