<br /> United States Department of Agriculture, and LA FINCA 711, a California partnership,
<br /> Grantee.
<br /> WITNESSETH: That ti.e Grantor hereunto authorized by the Act of Congress
<br /> approved October 23, 1962, as amended (16 U.S.C. 555a; 43 U.S.C. 1716) the pro- �
<br /> visions of which have been complied with, for and in consideration of the conveyance
