AIRPORT WAY <br /> STOCKTON, CA 95206 <br /> Located on the west side of Airport Way, North of Sperry/Arch-Airport inter- <br /> section. <br /> The project manager and the health and safety coordinator will be Jack De Witt, <br /> of Western Meter Service, Inc. ,2735 Teepee Dr., Ste. E, Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> (209)948-6124. The site safety officer at the job site will be Jack De Witt and <br /> the alternate site safety officer will be William Messick, both of Western Meter <br /> Service, Inc. <br /> Western Meter Service, Inc. will have on the site one (1) fire extinguisher and <br /> one (1) first aid kit. Refer to site map for location. <br /> Western Meter Service, inc. shall notify the local fire department, USA, and <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division 48 hours before excavation <br /> shall begin. <br /> The tank must be empty of product before start of job. <br /> Western Meter Service, Inc. will triple rinse the tank with soap and water. <br /> Rinsate will be pumped from the tank and hauled away by RAMOS ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> SERVICES of Sacramento, CA (916)371 2570 to GIBSON OIL AND REFINING CO. of <br /> Redwood City, CA (4415)368-5511 for disposal. <br /> The tank will be dry-iced, as required for diesel tanks at the rate of 15 <br /> lbs per 1,000 gal capcity and at the rate of 30 lbs per 1,000 gallons capacity <br /> as required for gasoline tanks. The tanks will be monitored with a Combustible <br /> Gas Indicator (CGI) . When safe readings are indicated, the tank openigs will be <br /> closed except for minimal venting to prevent presure buildup. At no time will <br /> Western Meter Service cut or weld on the tanks. <br />
