AIRPORT WAY STOCKTON, CA 95206 Located on the west side of Airport Way, North of Sperry/Arch-Airport inter- section. The project manager and the health and safety coordinator will be Jack De Witt, of Western Meter Service, Inc. ,2735 Teepee Dr., Ste. E, Stockton, CA 95205 (209)948-6124. The site safety officer at the job site will be Jack De Witt and the alternate site safety officer will be William Messick, both of Western Meter Service, Inc. Western Meter Service, Inc. will have on the site one (1) fire extinguisher and one (1) first aid kit. Refer to site map for location. Western Meter Service, inc. shall notify the local fire department, USA, and San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division 48 hours before excavation shall begin. The tank must be empty of product before start of job. Western Meter Service, Inc. will triple rinse the tank with soap and water. Rinsate will be pumped from the tank and hauled away by RAMOS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES of Sacramento, CA (916)371 2570 to GIBSON OIL AND REFINING CO. of Redwood City, CA (4415)368-5511 for disposal. The tank will be dry-iced, as required for diesel tanks at the rate of 15 lbs per 1,000 gal capcity and at the rate of 30 lbs per 1,000 gallons capacity as required for gasoline tanks. The tanks will be monitored with a Combustible Gas Indicator (CGI) . When safe readings are indicated, the tank openigs will be closed except for minimal venting to prevent presure buildup. At no time will Western Meter Service cut or weld on the tanks.
