Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the fallowing inspection <br />appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments), <br />a. 24-hour hydrostatic test (or equivalent) on the diesel piping sump <br />4. Secondary containment testing for the diesel piping sump is required six months after <br />installation. Provide 48 hours notification to the EHD when this test is scheduled, <br />5. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br />supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses al of the <br />following: <br />a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br />Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), or a <br />Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State Water Board, and <br />b. A valid, current California UST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br />International Code Council (ICC), and <br />c_ A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) <br />being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br />6. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an <br />individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of the following: <br />
