All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br />8. The workspace must be tested regularly during installation or monitored continuously, <br />per manufacturer's installation instructions enclosed hereto. As such, ensure that the <br />workspace is operating below the lower explosive limit (LEL) during installation of the <br />proposed part(s). Prior to beginning of work, provide LEL calibration records to the EHD, <br />also provide LEL detections recorded during the installation of the proposed Bravo <br />components. <br />9. A confined -space certification is required when installing the proposed fittings inside tank <br />sumps, per manufacturer's installation instructions. <br />10. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
