9. During excavation, temporary fencing or barricades will be placed <br /> and maintained by the Contractor to prevent accidents. Use of <br /> barricades in lieu of temporary fencing must be approved by the <br /> Lodi Unified School District's Project Manager. <br /> 10. Disposal of tanks and associated plumbing is to follow rules and <br /> regulations of the appropriate Fire Department, San Joaquin Coun- <br /> ty Health District, State Department of Health Service and the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board. <br /> 11. The Contractor will be responsible for and shall include in his <br /> bid all costs for: <br /> a) Removal of content of tanks ; <br /> b) Disposal of any hazardous wastes that are in the tanks; <br /> c) Disposal of tanks; <br /> d) Cost of initial test as required by EPA and County <br /> specifications; <br /> e) Permits required by City of Lodi Building Department <br /> and the appropriate local Fire Departments. <br /> f) Excavation, backfill , and compact to grade level ; q0Tf �7 <br /> g) Removal of the pumps and islands (pumps to given to <br /> District) and replacement with black top to match <br /> existing quality and grade) at the Maintenance Yard; <br /> and removal of pumps (pumps to be given to District) at <br /> Live Oak School . <br /> h) Replacement of concrete at Woodbridge- <br /> i ) Fencing (or barricades with the approval of District) <br /> around excavation. <br /> Underground tanks are to be removed from the following sites.
