Argonaut
Stockton, CA
San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health
Division (PHS/EHD) has recently reviewed the underground storage
tank file for the above referenced site. The analytical results of
the soil samples taken beneath the underground storage tanks that
were removed in October 1991 indicate that the bottom of the tank
pit was clean. The stockpiled soil from the tank removal evidenced
-total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel and motor oil at 870 parts
per million and 230 parts per million respectively.
our file does not indicate the disposition of the stockpiled soil.
Please provide PHS/EHD with the disposition of this soil so the
site can be evaluated for closure.
If you have any questions contact Margaret Lagorio, Senior REHS, at
(209) 468-3449.
Jogi Khanna, M.D. , M.P.H.
Health Officer
Donna Heran, REHS, Program Manager
Environmental Health Division
DH/ml
A Division of San Joaquin CowHca th Cam Semces
