5. All tanks and connecting lines shall be purged of the product and rinsate material. <br />Rinsate material shall be handled as a hazardous waste: <br />a) Requirements for dry ice use: <br />1) 15 lbs. per 1,000 gallon capacity for diesel tanks <br />2) 30 lbs. per 1,000 gallon capacity for gasoline tanks <br />6.
