Specified "QOB° breakers are installed and labeled. <br />• Automatic outside lighting controls and contactors <br />Lighting Manager — 5CB: Automatic lighting controller with three independent <br />stages of outside lighting control based on light level. Stage one — signage and <br />pylon signs; stage two — canopy lighting; stage three — site lighting. Includes 10 <br />4 -pole contactors for a total of 40 circuits of lighting control. Controller and <br />contactors are pre -wired and tested. Controlled lighting circuits are pre -wired from <br />specified circuit breakers to line side lug of contactor and labeled. The electrical <br />contractor lands specified lighting circuit conductor to load side of labeled contactor. <br />• Integrated fueling controls for dispensers and submersible pumps <br />Dispenser Manager —EX: Modular fueling control system designed to meet NEC <br />articles 514-5 and 514-6 electrical code requirements for fueling system emergency <br />shutdown and maintenance isolation of dispensers. The system has eight DM -EX <br />modules to operate eight multi -product dispensers (MPDs.) The system is <br />expandable to 12 MPDs with the addition of ADD-DMEX dispenser modules <br />available from Powerbox Solutions (one ADD-DMEX dispenser module is needed for <br />each additional MPD above eight.) The terminal strip interfacing to Veeder Root <br />tank monitoring and remote peripherals is also included. <br />Pre-installed variable speed controllers for submersible pumps when provided by <br />the customer. <br />Variable speed controllers are pre-installed in the Power Distribution Center. They <br />are pre -wired to both electrical breakers and Dispenser Manager -EX controls. A <br />maximum of three controllers can be mounted in the Power Distribution Center. <br />August, 2001 <br />
