Charter Way, Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> Waste Oil Underground Storage Tank (UST) <br /> July 18, 1986 <br /> Dan Moe, R.E.H.S. , verified installation of tank, Physical monitoring for dual <br /> wall piping, hook-up for dual wall tank annular space monitor (panel not yet <br /> installed) waste oil drain six inches lower than fill spill catch basin, and <br /> dual wall tank. (Note: Waste oil drain overfill protection was not provided.) <br /> June 6, 1988 <br /> William R. Snavely, R.E.H.S. , inspected tank and found the following <br /> installation requirements were lacking: 1) No precision test had been <br /> performed after tank installation. 2) No approved Response Plan had been <br /> received. The inspection compliance date was July 1, 1988. <br /> June 7, 1988 <br /> Mr. Snavely phoned Bruce Pacheco and requested a written Monitoring procedure <br /> be submitted to EHD. <br /> August 4, 1988 <br /> Waste oil tank at 845 E. Charter Way passed the precision test by NDE <br /> Technology Inc. . <br /> October 3, 1988 <br /> Emergency Response Plan received. <br /> April 1989 <br /> Site received 01 permit from April 1989 to December 1989. <br /> July 6, 1993 <br /> Routine UST inspection was performed by Carol Oz revealed the following: 1) <br /> No overfill protection had been installed in tank. CA Code of Regulations <br /> (CCR) Title 23, Div. 3, Chapter 16, section 2635 (c) . 2) No written Monitoring <br /> Procedure was on site. Compliance date for upgrade plans and fees with <br /> Monitoring Procedure was August 12, 1993. Ms. Oz filled out of compliance <br /> site and tank forms. <br /> July 27, 1993 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
