New Monitoring and Response <br /> Plans are also due. The site is out of compliance and should not have <br /> a permit. <br /> January 29, 1996 <br /> Violations have not been corrected. <br /> March 4, 1996 <br /> I performed a routine inspection with Alejandro Castillo, Manager. I found <br /> continuing violations from the 1993 and 1994 inspections. <br /> March 5, 1996 <br /> Mailed inspection report and handouts to Pep Boys in Philadelphia. <br /> March 15, 1996 <br /> I reviewed, filed and updated compliance sheet with Monitoring & Response <br /> Plan, Financial Responsibility, and 1995 annual monitoring equipment test. <br />
