The plan does not coincide with the permit application. The permit <br />application is for installation of turbine sump; tank -gauging devices, overfill <br />prevention devices and dispenser pan. The plan shows a complete new tank <br />installation. Submit a site and job specific plan to EHD. <br />Attached please find three sets of revised plans to be more sites <br />specific. <br />2. Per phone conversation, you informed me that there is a change in the leak <br />detector. Submit a written addendum and cut -sheet to EHD. <br />The leak detector that was called for in the original permit application <br />submitted, the "LD 2000" is what we want to permit for.
