I asked him if he was the owner of the business and then I asked when the owner of the business will be back and he said tomorrow between 8-12. Called the City of Stockton Business License Department to obtain information on the owner of the business. Completed a request to obtain a release of information. See file. He said that they went out there to give her a bid on the tanks and she drove up and said that she is personal friends with Henderson Construction and that she will have them do the work. She stated to me that she is applying for a RUST loan. Her contractor of choice is Henderson Construction. She said that she would send me a letter describing the actions she has taken to date to remove the existing USTs. I asked her about the block on her phone. She said that her phone blocks all unlisted numbers and that she was not trying to avoid me. She confirmed that her phone number is 946- 1580. (SS) 6/12/00 Revised DA case summary. (SS) 3/19/01 Went out to facility to investigate complaint. Verified that three underground storage tanks are present on the property. Issued a Notice to Abate to manager.
