RESNA SITE SAFETY PLAT <br /> FACILITY BACKGROUND <br /> The City of Tracy will be conducting road improvements on Eleventh Street from Corral <br /> Hollow Road to the west and to MacArthur Drive to the east. Hydrocarbon impacted soils <br /> were encountered during trenching activities for phone line installation. The impacted area <br /> was immediately backfilled pending approval of a workplan for soil excavation. In the <br /> event that petroleum hydrocarbon impacted soils are encountered during activities related <br /> to the Eleventh Street improvements, the soil will be removed and transported to the City's <br /> Land Treatment Facility on Corral Hollow Road near the Delta Mendota Canal. <br /> WORK PLAN <br /> Task One: Excavation of hydrocarbon impacted soil. <br /> Task Two: Sample verification collection. <br /> Task Three: Transport excavated soil to Tracy Land Treatment Facility <br /> Task Four.
