6. . Other Equipmen�-Failure: <br /> If any other equipment onsite fails to operate properly, the Project <br /> Superintendent and SHM shall be notified immediately. They shall <br /> determine the effect of the failure on continuing operations onsite. <br /> If failure affects the safety of personnel or prevents completion of <br /> Work Plan tasks, the emergency signal of Shor -gho -Sho Horn <br /> Blast shall be sounded and all personnel shall leave the Exclusion Zone <br /> until the situation is evaluated and appropriate actions taken. <br /> The following emergency escape route (s) are designated for use in the <br /> event that normal egress from the Exclusion Zone through the <br /> decontamination line can not be performed: <br /> Exit to Hazardous Material storage area. Use supplies for spill control <br /> to wipe down.
