Records will be kept of all <br /> safety meetings and signature sheets will identify those present <br /> at each meeting. The Safety Manager will be responsible for <br /> these records. All new employees, and all employees who have <br /> been assigned to a new task, will be properly trained at their <br /> new task. The Safety Manager will keep records of all new task <br /> training. All necessary protective equipment is provided by <br /> the Company to all employees, and his/hers training will be <br /> documented and kept in the employee file. Documentation will <br /> be signed and dated by the employee. All employees will be <br /> notified of and trained in the use of any new substance, process, <br /> procedure, or piece of equipment that is introduced into the <br /> work place, which represents a new hazard or when the Company <br /> learns of a new, previously unrecognized hazard. <br /> Procedure to follow in case of Fire or Earthquake will be <br /> discussed at safety meetings. <br /> Telephone numbers and names will be posted for fire, police <br /> and medical aid. <br /> The safety meetings and occupational safety and health <br /> training program are designed to instruct employees in general <br /> safe and healthy work practices and to provide instructions <br /> with respect to hazards specific to the job assignment of each <br /> employee. <br /> 6 <br />
