MAJESTIC TECHNOLOGIES, INC. 5 . 0 Ep —A SCOPE This Safety and Health Plans (SHP) has been Prepared for Majestic Technologies, Inc. by a contract Certified Industrial Hygienist in respose to the Orange County Site Remediation and Underground Storage Tank Removal project. In addition to all other regulatory requirements , all work shall be performed in compliance with Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regualtions , Part 1910, Section 120 (29 Gyp ig, 1436) sari This 8 of the California Code of Regulations , Section 5192 (8 CCR 5192) • 5. 2 PURPOSE This site specified SHP has the following designated purposes: To delinate desigated personnel roles and responsibilities related to project safety. To describe known and anticipated hazards and requiste hazard control measures. To establish injury and illness prevention procedures applicable to field operations . To establish chemical and medical emergency procedures in anticipation of reasonable foreseeable emergency incidents. To understandably communicate all haiard, safety, and accident prevention informations to assigned and visiting site personnel . 5. 3 APPLICATION The requirement established by this SHP are mandatory, and shall apply to all Majestic Technologies, Inc. employees , its subcontractors, and any other personnel entering regulated work areas during active field operations. Majestic Technologies, Inc . shall be responsible for training all of its employees and subcontractors regarding the Information and contents of this SHP prior to the commencement of work. In addition, Majestic Technologies, Inc. shall provide a copy of this plan to any authorized personnel who must enter related work areas (i. e. , Orange County representative, County of Orange Fire Department, etc. ) . Finally, Majestic Technologies, Inc. shall maintain a copy of this SHP. available for Inspection, at the work site during each day of the field operations .
