MAJESTIC TECHNOLOGIES, INC. <br /> 5 . 0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Based on project operations , scope of work, work plan, and related <br /> information provided to the contract Certified Industrial Hygienist <br /> (NES ) at the time the SHP was prepared (see 1 , 0 specifications , above) . <br /> this SHP does not cover any of the following operations : <br /> - Confined entry space. <br /> Entry into excavations five feet or deeper, or lase man five <br /> feet where the soils are prone to movement and collaspe. <br /> Hot work consisting of the use of open flames, or the use Of <br /> other than nonsparking tool-pieces ( i . e. , for opening and <br /> scrapping tasks ) . <br /> If changes in the scope of work or site conditions result in inclusion <br /> of any or all of these operations shall be immediately stop , the Orange <br /> County Project Manager shall be immediately notified ( either by the <br /> Project Manager or the contract Certified Industrial Hygienist ) , and the <br /> SHP updated and approved prior to restart of affected operations . <br /> 5 . 5 REVISIONS <br /> Changes in the scope of work operations, and/or changing or unanticipated <br /> site conditions may require modification and approval of the SHP in <br /> order to maintain field safety in compliance with contract requirements <br /> and OSHA/Cal-OSHA regulations. Any and all changes to the SHP shall be <br /> prepared and/or reviewed by the contract Certified Industrial <br /> Hygienistand Project Manager for approval . Work operations affected by <br /> sucn revisions shall not proceed unless specifically authorized by the <br /> Project manager. Only the Project Manager may authorize operations to <br /> continue while changes to the SHP are under review by the Orange County <br /> General Service Agemcy. <br />
