The Contractor shall replace or repair disturbed soil surfaces to match <br />their original conditions. <br />Subsidence of the disturbed surface <br />Contractor and corrective measures <br />forthwith. <br />shall be the responsibility of the <br />shall be made by the -Contractor <br />1. Damage to existing facilities is the responsibility of the Contractor <br />and corrective measures shall be taken to bring such facility back to <br />its original condition. <br />m. If required by the local jurisdiction, the Contractor shall take two <br />soil and/or groundwater samples, one from each end of the tank, at <br />elevation of three (3) feet directly below the bottom of the tank. <br />b. The Contractor shall have all samples analyzed by a certified laboratory <br />acceptable to the appropriate local jurisdiction and the Regional Water <br />Quality Control Board for the total petroleum <br />ahydrocarbons, <br />total <br />ic leadpetroleum, <br />e <br />fuel hydrocarbons, Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, <br />C. Sampling, preservation and analysis shall be done in accordance with the <br />requirements of the appropriate local jurisdiction and the Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board. <br />d. The cost of analysis of such samples is not included in this contract. <br />
