Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Qualified installers must possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual <br /> physically present at the work site, at all times while work is being performed, who possesses all of <br /> the following: <br /> • One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors <br /> State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and <br /> A valid, current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council (ICC), and <br /> A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the components) being <br /> installed. <br /> Additionally, <br /> Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the <br /> manufacturer of that component. <br /> 3.
