A Hazardous Substances Certification as required by the California Business and a Professionals Code, section 7058.7(e) was not found for the contractor's license for MRB General Contracting Inc., license 817269. r Response received: None. A Hazardous Substances Certification for Jones Covey Group, Inc. was submitted. ; 10. Sheet PP1.1 lists the tank interstitial sensor as a "301" and sheet PP4 lists it as a "303. The EHD requires that a high/low level sensor such as the "303" be utilized. Response received: Design is for a VR-303 sensor to be used. Item number error is on sheet PP2.1 and will be updated to VR-303 dual level sensor. The corrected sheet was received. 11. Further review and consultation with the California State Water Resources Control Board will be requested for the final approval of this project. The EHD will notify you immediately if other revisions and/or changes will need to be made to the plans. No information has been received from the CA State Water Resources Control Board. 5
