The <br /> procedures used to excavate the contaminated soil, backfill <br /> the hole and remove the groundwater monitoring well were in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Health and the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board.
