July 14 , 1986 <br /> AQUA <br /> Mr. Dale Steele <br /> Tec noogies Department of Transportation <br /> Post Office Box 2048 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 <br /> Subject: Closure Report-Former Tank Car Site-Crosstown <br /> Freeway and Southern Pacific Railroad Intersection <br /> Dear Mr. Steele: <br /> Aqua Terra Technologies is pleased to submit this Closure <br /> Report for the excavation of contaminated soil and the <br /> permanent closure of one groundwater monitoring well, located <br /> at the Crosstown Freeway/Southern Pacific site, Stockton, CA. <br /> Work was conducted from July 2 to July 9, 1986 . The <br /> procedures used to excavate the contaminated soil, backfill <br /> the hole and remove the groundwater monitoring well were in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Health and the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board.
