A compl"ete description of all work done, including: <br /> 1 . A description of the procedures in obtaining and analyzing soil <br /> and water samples.. <br /> 2. A description of the procedures. in obtaining and analyzing water <br /> samples; the condition of water samples immediately after recover- <br /> ing sample; and whether, in- the opinion of the driller- or <br /> geologist, any significant mixing of sediments and groundwater <br /> occurred before- or during sampling. <br /> B. . Classification of the material sampled into one or- more of the waste <br /> categories shown in Table 2.1 , Article 2, Subchapter 15, Chapter 3,. <br /> Title 23, of the California- Administrative Code. <br /> C. Copies of all logs and sample descriptions. <br /> D. Summary of the results of lab analyses including all lab reports in <br /> the report: or appendixes . The lab report must show the following <br /> information: <br /> 1 . Both total and soluble concentration in PPS or PPM, including <br /> i <br /> units. <br /> i <br />
