Immediately log into <br /> CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. Ail monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an <br /> audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The sensor was <br /> replaced and retested during the inspection. A"UST Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite"form has <br /> been completed and provided to the operator and contractor. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 310 CCR 2636(f)(5) Piping is not fail-safe outside UDCs or fails to stop flow of product at dispenser inside UDCs. <br /> The Bravo box floats and chains in the under dispenser containment(UDC) 5/6 (91-product)and 11/12 (87-, 91-, <br /> and diesel-product)failed to stop the flow of product at the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall <br /> be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a <br /> leak.
