Lathrop, CA 95330 <br />Contact: Paul Chevalier <br />RETURN TO COMPLIANCE <br />STATEMENT <br />UST PROGRAM INSPECTION <br />Violation: 310 Approximately '/, to 1 ballon of liquid was found in 87 Master Fill sump, <br />Diesel Fill sump and 3 cups of liquid in Diesel STP sump seen during annual compliance <br />testing. <br />Corrective Action: Walton technician corrected issue on site by removing liquid and placed <br />into facilities hazardous waste drum. On 1-22-13 Walton Engineering installed a new <br />sump lid on the 87 Satellite Tank STP Sump to prevent more surface water from entering <br />the sump. <br />Also Walton Engineering will be completing a survey onsite 2-5-13 to determine options to <br />prevent future liquid intrusion in diesel as well.. <br />Violation: 204 Designated Operator (DO) failed to document elate of alarm. <br />Corrective Action: Going forward the D.O. will ensure that all alarms are documented <br />properly by reviewing the alarm history and making sure each alarm is documented with <br />correct date of alarm and including all required information on the reports. <br />Violation: 204 Designated Operator (DO) failed to document correct test dates <br />Corrective Action: Going forward the D.O. will ensure that all test dates are correct by <br />reviewing test report that is in the Compliance Book and/or calling the Compliance <br />Specialist for the correct date if necessary so that it can be correctly documented The dates <br />on the Janualy 2013 October -November 2012 reports has been corrected onsite. <br />Tower Energy Group � 20 Goldenland Court - Sacramento, CA, 95834 <br />
