Male Adapters A brass fitting designed to adapt from a coupled flexible pipe section to a 2" female threaded standard pipe fitting. Typically used to connect a 2" lank fitting or a Pump's plumbing tree to a flexible supply line inside the Tank Sump. Connector Fitting A brass fitting designed to adept one coupled flexible pipe section to another coupled flexible pipe section. Typically used for long piping runs and installed within an In-line Piping Sump. 0 0 Female Adapters A brass fitting designed to adapt from a coupled flexible pipe section to a 2' pipe nipple or street elbow filling. Typically used to connect a 2" tank fitting or a pumps plumbing tree to a flexible supply line inside the Tank Sump. Connector Tees A brass tee fitting which Is designed to connect three flexible pipe sections. Typically used for split piping runs leading to remote dispensers and Inslgllgd within an In-line Piping Sump. This is a limited inventory fitting so allow for longer lead limes. Dual Adapters A brass fitting designed to adapt one 2" line to two 1.1/2" flexible piping lines and typically used for assembly of a dual outlet plumbing tree. In this application the Directional Elbow Fittings are usually connected to provide multi. directional routing. Connector Elbows A brass elbow fitting which is designed to connect two flexible Pipe sections. Typically used for sharp 90' piping turns. This fitting should be installed within a containment sump. This Is a limited inventory fitting so allow for longer lead times. Directional Elbows A brass fitting installed inside Tank Sumps and connected to either single or dual adapters, providing a multi -directional transition for the flexible piping line. This fitting does not require backing -off tapered threads to accommodate directional positioning. rq� Test Boots y These rubber boots are used to Provide a means of connecting the Test Tubes and Connector Tubes to the GeoFlex I and II Piping Interstitial space for integrity testing and continuous monitoring. These boots are fitted with two stainless band clamps for a liquid light seal. Connector Tubes These tube assemblies interconnect two Test Boots Inside the junction type Dispenser Sumps. Used to route the GeoFlex I and 11 interstitial space of one pipe section around the Junction Tee Fitting to the interstitial space of the next pipe section. Used primarily In pressure piping systems. Test Tubes These tube assemblies are connected to Test Boots which are installed at the beginning and end of a GeoFlex I and 11 line. Used to test or continuously monitor the interstitial space of the entire piping line and used for both pressure and suction piping systems. Crossover Supports These 2 piece supports are used to separate GeoFlex Pipe runs at all crossover intersections, providing sufficient support to prevent the upper pipe from deforming the lower alter backfill.
