Response Describe what is done to lessen or mitigate the harm or damage to <br /> person(s), property, or the environment, and prevent event from getting worse or <br /> spreading. What is your immediate response to: <br /> i. Fire: Immediate use of dry chemical extinguishers and call 911 <br /> ii. Explosion: First determine extent of damage and proceed with emergency <br /> response procedures for fire, spills and medical response - Call 911. <br /> iii. Spill: Use a commercial product called Zeppabsorb to control spill - call <br /> 911. <br /> iv. Severe Ground Motion: Wait till ground stops moving, check to see extent of <br /> damage. If damage has or-cured call emergency response team - call 911. <br /> V. Major Power Failure: W1 flashlight assess damage. If major, wait till lights <br /> come back on. Check for damage. If problems call emergency response team. <br /> vi. Flood: Call 911 to assess amount of damage to area then see if all people can <br /> be transported to high ground and call response team. <br /> (1) Is this facility located on a 100 year flood plan9 yes_ no x <br /> vii.
