trust as set forth in Paragraph 4 (b) hereof; <br /> and <br /> (b) Defendant' s commercial property <br /> located at 112 South Church Street, Lodi, <br /> California, more particularly described in <br /> Exhibit B hereof, held in trust as set forth in <br /> Paragraph 4 (b) hereof. <br /> The parties hereto stipulate and agree that plaintiff ' s <br /> judgment liens on said properties are existing, valid, duly per- <br /> fected and fully enforceable. Under this agreement said judgment <br /> liens will remain in full force and effect. <br /> 2 . Plaintiff may enforce the Judgment only against <br /> the properties described in Paragraph 1 hereinabove and any and <br /> all proceeds thereof .
