EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring <br /> program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division, phone (209) 468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring <br /> procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br /> Required by Sections 2632(d) and 2641(h) CCR. <br /> Facility Name D e l i c a t o Vineyards <br /> Facility Address 12001 S. Hwy 99 Manteca , CA 95336 ' <br /> 1. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be cleaned up? <br /> Note: If released hazardous substances reach the environment, increase the fire or <br /> explosion hazard,are not cleaned up from the secondary containment within 8 hours, <br /> or deteriorate the secondary containment, then San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Division must be notified within 24 hours: <br /> Above ground spills will be handled with an on-site <br /> spill kit <br /> Underground spills would be cleaned up by a licensed <br /> contractor <br /> 2. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and properly <br /> disposing of any hazardous substances: <br /> If the on-site spill kit was used , any hazardous substances <br /> would be disposed of by a licensed contractor such as Safety- <br /> Kleen for underground spills , and contaminated material <br /> would be removed by a licensed contractor <br /> 3. Describe the location and availability of the required cleanup equipment in item 2 <br /> above: <br /> On-site spill kit is located adiacent to Gas & Diesel Pumps . <br /> There are several licensed contractors in the Stockton- <br /> Modesto area that have the equipment to deal with under- <br /> ground spills <br /> 4. Describe the maintenance schedule for the cleanup equipment: <br /> The on-site spill kit will be inventoried monthly. <br /> 5. List the name(s) and title(s) of the person(s) responsible for authorizing any work <br /> necessary under the response plan: <br /> Don Fitzgerald -- V . P . of Operations <br /> Steve Rapp -- Safety Director <br /> Surjit Toor -Plant Engineering Manager <br /> 1c nos -- Maintenance nglneering Manager <br />
