All line leak detectors shall <br /> be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak <br /> detector, retested it, and it passed. <br /> REPEAT VIOLATION <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by December 19, <br /> 2012, along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork. <br /> Note: The 87 east and 89 spill containers failed initial testing. All spill containers shall have a minimum <br /> capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> The caps were replaced on both spill containers and they were retested. Both passed.
