. s <br /> Training Requirements <br /> • Regulations require that all employees be trained in emergency <br /> procedures. New employees must be trained at hiring. Existing <br /> employees must be trained once per year. <br /> • Store Operator trains employees by reviewing the following <br /> documents and procedures and documents training on Training <br /> Documentation Form: <br /> o Call 911 for any emergency <br /> o Location of Emergency Shut Off Switch <br /> o Location of Fire Extinguishers <br /> o Evacuation Route <br /> o Review the Emergency Response Plan <br /> o Review how to complete Spill/Repair Log <br /> o Review Inventory Forms for Gasoline and Carbon Dioxide <br /> o Procedure for handling hazardous waste resulting from <br /> VeederRoot Tank Gauge <br /> • The Tank Gauge monitors the tanks and associated equipment for leaks <br /> • Any alarm condition on the VeederRoot Gauge must be immediately called <br /> into Dispatch (800/828-0711). The responding contractor will investigate and <br /> resolve the problem. If the contractor is unable to make the necessary <br /> repairs, the Operator should report the issue to their Field Consultant. <br /> • The Store Operator must also review this procedure with all employees <br /> should a tank gauge alarm occur in the operator's absence. <br />
