M <br /> 7-Eleven, Inc, <br /> Stephen Boyd <br /> Direct Dial Number(714)771-5484 <br /> Cellular(916)340-4182 <br /> Via Email Delivery <br /> May 13, 2016 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 600 East Main Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-3029 <br /> Attn: Elena Manzo <br /> Re: 7-Eleven Store No.: 32190 <br /> 4943 South Highway 99 <br /> Stockton,CA <br /> Inspection Report <br /> Dear Ms. Manzo: <br /> The intent of this letter is to respond to the items you noted on your inspection report issued to the location <br /> referenced above dated 4/13/2016 which were not close at the time of your inspection. <br /> Item 1: On your inspection report you noted there were discrepancies in the tank overfill protection <br /> reported in CERS and you requested the information be updated to reflect current conditions. <br /> Resolution 1: The overfill protection information for all three tanks was updated on 4/28/2016 and is <br /> available for review in CERS. <br /> Item 2: On your inspection report you noted secondary containment testing was conducted late. <br /> Item 2: After some research it was found that the drain plugs in the coaxial tee fittings, located in the <br /> under dispenser containment, needed to be reinstalled so the testing could be performed. 7-Eleven has put <br /> provisions in place with both our maintenance contractors and tester to ensure this does not delay testing in <br /> the future. <br /> Item 3: On your inspection report you noted the secondary containment test performed on 2/16/2016 was <br /> not submitted within 30 days as required. <br /> Resolution 3: 7-Eleven has counseled the responsible persons at Tanknology regarding test submittal <br /> requirements. <br /> Item 4: On your inspection report you noted the secondary containment test from 2/16/2016 was not <br /> available for review on the day of your inspection. <br /> Resolution 4: The 2/16/2016 test report is on site for review in electronic format in the 7-Eleven Efile <br /> Cabinet demonstrated in your office in March of 2015.
