Analysis of Results <br /> Interpretations of the chemical data will be made to determine whether the <br /> soil or groundwater have been impacted by hydrocarbons from the former <br /> subsurface tanks. <br /> C. Well Survey <br /> A well survey will be conducted to determine the location and status of <br /> existing water wells within a 1/2 mile radius of the site. In addition, any <br /> available data on water level fluctuations will be obtained from wells within <br /> 500 feet of the site. In the event free product is encountered during <br /> boring/well construction, sampling of the municipal well less than 500 feet to <br /> the north of the parcel shall be sampled for EPA 601/602 and the results <br /> included in the report. <br /> V. SITE ASSESSMENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> A site assesment and recommendations will be included in a report following receipt <br /> of the above described data. <br /> A current licence and proof of workmen's compensation for Bayland Drilling will be hand <br /> delivered to your office.
