Leave premises in a "rake <br />clean" and leveled condition. <br />14. Remove hoist assemblies, including piston and casing. <br />15. Remove all planter curbs. <br />16. Remove existing catch basins and cap off pipes to curb face. <br />17. Visit site to verify accuracy of attached general arrangement <br />drawing. No requests for any extra costs, as a result of failure <br />to inspect site, will be considered. If there are discrepancies <br />between actual site conditions and drawing 1.1, site conditions <br />shall govern and your bid quote shall so reflect. It is requested <br />that you do not communicate with the dealer or the employees. <br />18. Notify Joe Comstock, Unocal, 916/446-4981, 48 hours prior to start <br />of demolition work. <br />19. All materials are to be lawfully disposed of except the following <br />items shall be Owner salvage and delivered to Stockton Terminal <br />Sales Office: <br />a) Dispensers <br />b) Hoist Heads <br />c) Air Compressor <br />20. Comply fully with all the requirements of applicable local and <br />state codes and ordinances and the authorities having <br />jursidiction. <br />21. Comply with service station:"No Smoking" and safety regulations. <br />22. Secure the premises as needed during non -work hours. Protect the <br />work, adjacent property, and the public from damage or injury and <br />remedy any damage that occurs. <br />23. <br />24 <br />Provide sidewalk barriers as required. <br />Provide one portable toilet for the duration of the work. <br />25. Insurance <br />Contractor shall purchase and maintain in full force and effect <br />effect the following policies of insurance, which will be primary <br />as to any other existing valid and collectible insurance. <br />
