Additionally the detected soluble concentrations of lead in
this same soil sample (<O.lmg/1) was less than the Soluble Threshold Limit Concentration
(STLC) Regulated Level for lead (5 mg/1) as expressed in 22CCR §66261.24. The highest
total lead concentration detected in soil beneath the UST was also below the residential PRG
of 400 mg/kg.
• Based upon our findings and analytical results, Kleinfelder does not recommend further
sampling/assessment or mitigative activities related to fuel constituents in the UST area
assessed at the site.
• Kleinfelder recommends that the excavated soil be removed according to State and Federal
regulations.
A copy of this report should be forwarded to San Joaquin County, San Joaquin County Public
Health Services Department Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) for their review and
comment.
This report, and the conclusions and recommendations presented in this report are subject to the
"Limitations"presented below.
