No liquor, drugs or intoxicated materials will be allowed at any time. <br /> 18. Protect each others safety always. Be aware of hazards to others and to <br /> the public. <br /> 19. Never enter an unsecured excavation and never go into an excavation <br /> without someone watching from on top. <br /> ' 20. Do not use broken or damaged tools. Always use the proper tool for the <br /> job. <br /> 21 . Seat belts shall be worn whenever operating a company vehicle or piece of <br /> equipment. <br /> 22. Field safety meetings will be held every 10 working days. Be sure you <br /> ' attend. <br /> 23. No one shall be in the area of the excavator or other piece of equipment <br /> while it is operation. <br /> 24. Each operator shall check and secure the safe operating condition of his <br /> ' machine daily. <br /> 25. No machine shall be left unattended while it is running and/or any <br /> implement is not lowered to the ground. <br /> 26. Fluorescent warning vest shall be worn when working in or around traffic. <br /> ' 27. Ask for and be familiar with the company's safety program. <br /> 28. Take an active part in safety. It concerns everybody. <br /> ' 29. You will be supplied with any additional information or answers needed to <br /> satisfy your questions or problems. <br /> 30.
