Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA. 95201 <br /> 1 RE: Underground waste oil Storage Tank Removal at San Joaquin <br /> Delta College, 5151 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California <br /> ' (MSI 94-20-01 ) . <br /> Dear Mr. Sasson: <br /> 1 This report presents the analytical results of soil samples <br /> collected following the removal of one underground storage tank <br /> 1 (UST) at San Joaquin Delta College, 5151 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, <br /> California, the project location. Attached to this report are: a <br /> UST removal and soil sample location map, analytical chemistry <br /> ' reports of soil samples analyses, chain-of-custody documentation, <br /> a UST tracking record and a copy of a uniform hazardous waste <br /> manifest . The scope of services were initiated by written <br /> agreement between Mrs. Toni Cardinale of San Joaquin Delta College <br /> ' and Banks & Co. Based on information provided by the owner, the <br /> tank had a product history of waste oil associated with the <br /> adjacent auto mechanic shop. <br /> 1 SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Services performed by Banks & Co. included, acquisition of the <br /> required San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division (PHS EHD) and City of Stockton Fire Department <br /> permits, exposure of the UST, cleaning and rinsing of the UST, <br /> 1 manifesting of the fuel product rinseate, UST removal activities, <br /> transport of the UST to a licensed disposal facility and <br /> backfilling operations. Services associated with the soil <br /> ' sampling, documentation, analytical chemistry and reporting were <br /> performed by Moore Services, Inc . (MSI ) . In addition, MSI provided <br /> services involving the chemical profiling of the excavated soils, <br /> manifesting, transportation and disposal of these soils. All of <br /> 1 these UST closure activities were conducted to comply with the <br /> adopted requirements of the PHS-EHD. <br /> 1 1 <br />
