PACIFIC AVENUE, <br /> STOCKTON, CA 952037 <br /> I_ P[r12PdS ; <br /> The Purpose of this Health and Safety Plan is to describe the <br /> projected hazards, establish personnel protection standards and <br /> safety procedures, assign individual responsibilities, and <br /> provide for contingencies that may arise during operations at the <br /> site. <br /> 2. APPUMTLITY <br /> The provisions of the plan are mandatory for all M.H. Loe Company <br /> (LOE) employees engaged in hazardous material management <br /> activities at the site during the Tank Removal project. <br /> Loe shall provide a Health and Safety plan for its employees <br /> covering any exposure to hazardous materials and shall complete <br /> all work in accordance with that plan. Subcontractors on the <br /> site should also provide a Health and Safety Plan for their <br /> employees. The subcontractor may choose to use Loa's Health and <br /> Safety Plan as a guide in developing its own plan, or may choose <br /> to adopt Loe's plan. Loe reserves the right to review the <br /> subcontractors plan at any time. <br />
