P. 11/21 <br /> Page 6 <br /> 4.2 - Project Pgi son <br /> Project personnel involved in field .investigations and operations <br /> are responsible for: <br /> * Taking reasonable precautions to prevent injury to <br /> themselves and to their fellow employees; <br /> * Performing only those tasks that they believe they can do <br /> safely, and immediately reporting any accidents and,/or <br /> unsafe conditions to the On-Site Safety .Representative <br /> Implementing the procedures set forth in the Health and <br /> Safety Plan, and reporting any deviations from the <br /> procedures described in the Plan to the an-Site Safety <br /> Representative for action; and <br /> * Notifying the On-Site Safety Representative of any special <br /> medical problems (e.g. allergies) and checking that all <br /> field personnel arra aware of any such problems. <br />
