Power wiring <br /> disconnected at pump in junction box„ electrical contractors plug disconnected. <br /> • Removed test plugs from shear valves, starting at the south dispenser nitrogen was used to <br /> purge the lines: product was returned to the tanks.. <br /> • Asbury arrived on site at 9:15 AM and started setting up to pump liquid from the tanks. <br /> • The fill drop tube, vapor recovery tank fitting and the in tank probe was removed from each <br /> tank; water was used to rinse each tank. As the tanks were being rinsed Asbury removed the <br /> liquid from the tank using a vacuum truck. <br /> • Asbury completed pumping liquid from the tanks at 11:30 AM. Approximately 900 gallons of <br /> liquid was pumped out and transported for recycling (manifests attached) <br /> • At 1:00 PM Cal 'Phase started placing nitrogen into the regular tank in order to inert the tank. <br /> • The LEL was tested several times over the next hour and nitrogen was added in an attempt to <br /> lower the LEL as required by permit, Three bottles of nitrogen was used and the LEL in the <br /> regular tank would not lower. <br />
