(WEMN) is pleased to submit a copy of the <br /> above referenced report to you. The purpose of this assessment was <br /> to evaluate potential environmental liabilities associated with the <br /> subject property (exclusive of geologic stability of flood <br /> Potential) - The scope of this assessment was based on WESTON's <br /> proposal, to you of February 12, 1990. <br /> This report seeks to provide innocent landowner documentation for <br /> the subject parcel in accordance with the provisions of both the <br /> comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability <br /> Act of 1980 (CERCLA) and its 1986 amendments as contained in the <br /> Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) . To qualify <br /> for innocent landowner status, the landowner must show that at the <br /> time of purchase he has undertaken, all appropriate inquiry into <br /> the pravlous ownership and uses of the property consistent with <br /> good commercial or customary practice. <br /> It is WESTON's opinion that this report meets the intent of the law <br /> and satisfies the requirements of good commercial or customary <br /> practice.
