The County lists include all registered under- <br /> ground storage tanks as well as sites which have had tank leaks. <br /> From these lists, eight sites, possibly within 2000• , were <br /> Identified as POssessing leaking underground fuel tanks with both <br /> soils and groundwater affected. Sacramento <br /> Lodi, CA Lodi, CA <br /> The Mueller Supply Company, 412 South Sacramento Street site, is <br /> the source; site for the soils at the subject property. No <br /> hazardous waste sites within a 2000+ radius other than these listed <br /> above were identified. The applicable pages from lists are <br /> contained in Appendix D. <br /> 5.0 Coma usione. and Recommendations <br /> The standard qualitative scale unod for ranking environmental risk <br /> is low, below average, average, above average and high probability <br /> for environmental impairment liability. The subject property was <br /> 'determined to present an average risk for environmental liability <br /> based on the following findings: <br /> o Groundwater contamination has been documented in the immediate <br /> area. <br /> o No known hazardous wastes or materials were observed at the <br /> site. <br /> o The presence of soils On-site, On plastic which had previously <br /> contained petroleum hydrocarbon compound are on-site. Current <br /> characteristics of the soils is unknown. <br /> o The lack of previous land usages at the site, <br /> 9 - <br />
