4.4 FINAL REPORT(PROBLEM ASSESSMENT REPORT) <br /> EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. will prepare a final report reviewing all <br /> subsurface investigations. The report will be assembled according to the format specified <br /> by Gordon Boggs of the Regional Water Quality Control Board,Central Valley Region, <br /> October 1987. In that report, the contaminant problem will be assessed and a remediation <br /> system will be suggested,including a detailed work plan for possible installation of a <br /> VETS unit and/or a ground-water treatment system. <br /> 11 <br />
