Airport Way). Two other structures were added east of <br /> the facility and just north of Industrial Drive. To the west, additional storage of materials, <br /> equipment or supplies were present south of the two adjacent properties.The photograph <br /> does not show specific evidence of waste burial,tanks, dumping, landfilling,or other <br /> discrete potential sources of contamination. <br /> In a 2005 photo,one large warehouse type structure was added northeast of the subject <br /> property. On the northeast corner of S.Airport Way and Industrial Drive,a truck parking <br /> area was added.To the southeast,two large buildings had been added along with a public <br /> street believed to be Boeing Way. Southwest of the site,a building with exterior storage <br /> had been added just south of the Campbell's Soup property. This area is believed to be <br /> presently occupied by a manufacturer of architectural castings(Oldcastle Architectural <br /> Products). The photograph does not show specific evidence of waste burial,tanks, <br /> dumping, landfilling,or other discrete potential sources of contamination. <br /> 5.3 Database Review <br /> During the assessment we obtained a database report from EDR(Ref. 6,Appendix Q.The <br /> report states that"No mapped sites were found in EDR's search of available("reasonably <br /> ascertainable")government records either on the target property or within the search radius <br /> around the target property for the following databases."The listed databases include the <br /> National Priority List(NPL),CERCLIS, RCRA databases,Emergency Response <br /> Notification System(ERNS), state/tribal landfill listings, state/tribal registered storage tank <br /> lists, state/tribal voluntary cleanup sites,brownfield sites, local land records,other <br /> ascertainable records and EDR Proprietary Records. <br /> The EDR database report also lists unmapped sites. The Department of Toxic Substances <br /> Control's(DTSC's) Site Mitigation and Brownfields Reuse Program's(SMBRP's) <br /> EnviroStor database identifies sites that have known contamination or sites for which there <br /> may be reasons to investigate further. These include: <br /> • Applied Aerospace Structures Corp, 3734 South Airport Way, Stockton,CA <br /> (0.6 miles north of subject property).A large quantity generator of hazardous waste <br /> with several administrative notices of violations in 1989 and 2006. <br /> • Johns-Manville Corp., 1051 Sperry Road, Stockton,CA(0.7 miles from subject <br /> property,now J.M. Eagle Corp.). Suspected asbestos impacts from manufacture of <br /> asbestos containing pipes. <br />
