• Transmission fluid and oil was observed on the ground in the large truck bay <br /> • All of the shop drains leading to the oil/water separator appeared to be plugged <br /> and full <br /> Clean up all hazardous waste contamination and handle in accordance with Title 22 <br /> Hazardous Waste Regulation. Ensure the facility is maintained to prevent hazardous <br /> waste from being deposited to the ground. Begin this practice IMMEDIATELY. <br /> Repeat Violation <br /> # 19 Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or <br /> authorization <br /> 1-55 gallon drum of oily debris located in the Quick Lube area had an accumulation start <br /> date of 1/27/05 <br /> 1-55 gallon drum of waste flammable located in the auto body hazardous waste storage <br /> area had an accumulation start date of 12/8/05 <br /> The above wastes have been on site for over 90 days. Schedule to have these wastes <br /> removed under a manifest IMMEDIATELY. Submit a copy of the manifest to this office <br /> by 5/10/06. <br /> # 20 Failed to properly label containers of hazardous waste <br /> 1-55 gallon drum of bondo debris located in the auto body area <br /> 4- 5 gallon buckets of oil located in the large truck bay <br /> Numerous oil/anti-freeze collection containers throughout the facility <br /> The above items did not have the required label information on them. Label all hazardous <br /> waste as required by Title 22 Hazardous Waste Regulation. Correct IMMEDIATELY. <br /> Repeat Violation <br /> #21 Failed to keep containers of HW closed except when adding or removing HW <br /> 4- 5 gallon buckets of oily liquid were observed open in the large truck bay. Retain all <br /> containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing hazardous waste. <br /> Correct IMMEDIATELY.
