This license does not authorize distribution to persons licensed pursuant to Section 30195 (a) and (b) <br /> of the California Radiation Control Regulations or equivalent provisions of the NRC or Agreement <br /> States. <br /> 52. In addition to the possession limits in Item 8, the licensee shall further restrict the possession of <br /> licensed material so that at no time is a quantity of radioactive material possessed in excess of a <br /> quantity which requires decommissioning funding in accordance with Title 17, California Code of <br /> Regulations, Section 30195.1 and a value of 100 microcuries is assigned to Cobalt-57 to supplement <br /> Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 30, Appendix B. <br /> 53.
