'Advanced Interconnect Technologies <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />Page 11 <br />6.9.1. Facilities Technician will provide access and direct emergency <br />response organizations to the incident area, assist with utilities <br />shutdown as required and provide maintenance equipment as <br />needed. The location of the power, water and gas shut -offs are <br />provided on Map 2 of the HMMP (Appendix A). <br />6.9.1.1.If necessary, the Anodization Engineer will assist and <br />provide backup support for the Facilities Technician. <br />6.9.2. Administration Manager will provide Press and Media Coordination. <br />6.10. After the emergency is under control, the Manufacturing Manager, is <br />responsible for seeing that the following tasks are completed: <br />6.10.1. Developing a plan of action to deal with treating, sorting or <br />disposing of recovered waste, contaminated soil or surface water, <br />or any other material that results from the incident. <br />6.10.2.Ensuring that no incompatible materials are treated, stored, or <br />disposed of in the affected area of the facility until cleanup <br />procedures are completed. <br />6.10.3.Ensuring that all emergency equipment listed in the HMMP is <br />cleaned and/or replaced and fit for its intended use before facility <br />operations resume. <br />6.11. Prior to resuming operations, the General Manager or Manufacturing <br />Manager must notify the Fire Department and the San Joaquin Office of <br />Emergency Services that no incompatible wastes are in contact with <br />affected areas and all emergency equipment is ready for use (6.9.2 and <br />6.9.3). <br />6.12. Any time the Emergency Response Plan is implemented, the <br />Manufacturing Manager will write a letter to the file indicating the date, <br />time, and specific details of the hazardous materials spill release. <br />6.13. A complete written report must also be made to the Fire Department and <br />to the San Joaquin County OES, within 15 days of the incident. <br />6.13.13his report must contain the information described in Appendix E. <br />6.13.23he report must also be sent to the OES/Chemical Emergency <br />Planning and Response Commission in Sacramento if an RQ <br />amount is exceeded. <br />
