J <br />Advanced Interconnect Technologies <br />Emergency Response Plan <br />Page 15 <br />9. Power Outage <br />9.1. Employees <br />9.1.1. In the event of a power outage, employees in the Manufacturing <br />area should evacuate to cafeteria as directed by their Supervisor. <br />9.1.2. With the exception of the ERTs, all other employees should remain <br />in their areas and await further instructions from their Supervisors. <br />9.1.3. Employees working with fume hoods should immediately close the <br />sashes. <br />9.1.4. Employees should shut off the power switch to any equipment they <br />were operating that should not automatically restart once power is <br />restored. Be aware that personnel may not be present when <br />power is restored. <br />9.1.5. Employees working with rinse baths should ensure the rinse water <br />flows are turned off. <br />9.2. Emergency Response Coordinator <br />9.2.1. The ERC will determine the extent and possible duration of power <br />outage by contacting PG&E at 1-800-743-5000'0. The ERC, in <br />conjunction with the Supervisors, will then decide how to proceed <br />until the power is restored. <br />9.2.2. If necessary, the ERC will direct maintenance and facility personnel <br />to shut down any equipment that is still operating, in order of <br />priority. <br />9.2.3. When power is restored, the ERC will direct maintenance and <br />facility personnel to startup equipment in order of priority. <br />9.3. Emergency Response Team Members <br />9.3.1. Report to the Manufacturing Managers office to offer any <br />assistance to the ERC. <br />9.3.2. Assist with any equipment shutdown requirements. <br />9.4. Supervisors <br />
